Mixed Media with Jamie Lee Simpson artist, ages 5-9 (Term 3)

Mixed Media with Jamie Lee Simpson will explore a variety of materials and art tools to establish a base foundation in visual arts. This introductory class starts with colour theory which will be applied throughout the six-week course.  Each week, students will experiment with mediums including acrylics and watercolours with a completed project in each medium. The group will learn to explore the techniques required to create different art styles from funky abstract art, to vibrant natural landscapes. All materials are provided, and students will be under the supervision of our qualified teachers.
