Impressionist Australian Bush Landscapes with Hannah Parker, artist, ages 9-14

Say g’day to your creative side in this watercolour art class and paint a landscape of the iconic Aussie bush using techniques of Impressionism.

This art style originated in 19th Century France and is a loose style of painting where your brushstrokes are visible, capturing a “feeling” and an essence – a perfect style to portray the serene vastness of the outback.

Take inspiration from photos of the vibrant Aussie outback, then put paint to paper to create a vast landscape of gum trees, red soil and striking blue skies.

All materials are provided and students can be dropped off to enjoy this activity under the supervision of our qualified teachers.

For ages 9 - 14
