3D Art and Sculpture with Jamie Lee Simpson, artist, ages 9 – 13 (Term 1)

Expand your creativity to the next dimension as you journey into the world of 3D art. This action-packed six week term 1 course covers a smorgasbord of sculptural art practices and techniques and will provide you with the skills and understanding to create some incredible 3D works.

The first three weeks of the course will teach different techniques, including embossed foil, an art form where you mould a three-dimensional design into foil sheet so that it raises up from the background, and air dry clay.

After you’ve perfected the techniques, you will spend the last few weeks of the course creating a final artwork with your new-found skills.
